Question about ... EPS warning lamp

Hi Guys,

I noticed that my Swift DDiS GLX got a warning lamp "EPS". It turns on for few seconds after i star engine, then dissapears.

What does this lamp stand for ? My manual is in french language... couldn't translate it :(

This witness ignites when the switch of démarage is turned in position "ON" and dies out as soon as the engine starts!

It's normal when you start your engine.

"EPS" stay few secondes and extinguish!

We haven't this heated seats hear!
The full version is GLX and you have a poor version (GL).

3-door version exists as:

1,3 GC - very poor version without car stereo, electric windows, possibility to move up/down steering wheel, electric-steered mirrors (not heated also) and windows, even electric powered doors without clock, heh without cabin-air filter, without lamp in baggagebox, even tachometer is removed....... to be honest this version does not include anything... everything is removed but price is very low comparing to GLX/GS

1.5 GS - best version with everything.

5-door version exists as:

1.3 GLX - it's different than french GLX - it has only two airbags, everything else (car stereo itp) remains the same. Up to the end of 2005 it was also _without_ Air Condition,

Now, from 2006 GLX in PL has Air Contition, but do not have heated seats!

1.3 GS - it's the same as GLX but also have aluminium rims, heated seats and keyless entry system.

Diesel-powered engine is not offered in PL. Also we do not have such version as "GL"
